Hondarrabi Zuri is a little-known white Spanish grape, native to the Basque Country. Its main use is in the production of the region’s famous Txacoli, which are slightly spritzy, light wines, often with citrus and herbal aromas. The colour of the grape is reflected in the name, with “Zuri” meaning “white” in the local dialect.
